Fulfillment/Pick & Pack
Once your mailing or media promotion has been released you may have promotional products that need to be picked and packed. From the generation of the address label to the despatch of the requested product we can fulfil at every stage. Many corporate companies use our services for seminars and exhibitions. We have an in house subscription service that offers order processing, data updating, subscriber telephone calls, correspondence and bespoke reporting. All Merchant payment methods are available.
Enclosing
Many promotional leaflets or brochures can be mechanically enclosed in
suitable gummed flap envelopes. Our machines can enclose from one piece up to eight. Ultra sensitive detection systems ensure that an insert cannot be missed out or the possibility of doubles of the same insert enclosed within the mailing packs. The inserts are automatically enclosed the gummed flap sealed, bundled, bagged or boxed ready for despatch.
Match Mailing
You may have a personalised laser letter, personalised reply form and an ink jetted outer envelope that all need to be matched. This can be done during the enclosing process along with other promotional material.
Hand Enclosing
With an experienced team of hand inserters in house the possibilities are endless. Whether you require us to affix an item (i.e. a pen, badge, CD, credit card etc.) to a leaflet or letter, make up promotional packs (i.e. Xmas crackers, corporate folders, cartons containing promotional goods etc.) glue, staple, fold, highlight, endorse, bubble wrap, jiffy wrap or polywrap. Our team can turn their hands to almost anything.
Polywrapping
We have the facilities to wrap your inserts in clear or printed film. Polywapping gives you several advantages; your product has maximum exposure, the weight of the item decreases resulting in lower postage costs & the film is cheaper than envelopes

Folding/Finishing
We can quickly and efficiently fold, perforate & trim most types of paper. We can cross fold A3 paper down to A5, A6 or DL, fold A4 paper down to A5, A6 or DL. We can also fold and batch count
Tabbing
If you need a mail tabber for tabbing sheets of paper or card then we can help. Our
tabbing machines run a range of 25mm tabs: paper & clear, perforated, circles and
rectangles. Ideal for security tabbing, brochure tabbing, letter tabbing and many
more applications
