  Database sorting

  In order to achieve postage discounts (for volume or heavy

  mailings) of up to 25% your data will need to be 90 to 100%

  accurately postcoded, this we can also do for you. We will then

  pass your data through our comprehensive Mailsort software

  giving each postal district its own unique delivery code and or

  CBC (customer barcode). This enables the Mailing House and

  Royal Mail to process your mail more efficiently and speedily to

  its final destination.

  Database management

  Provide us with your raw data (i.e. reply slips, journals, and

  you. If you already have your database created then we can clean it

  up for you. Merge files, de-duplicate them and run your data
