Meldrum Mailing was founded by Norma and Peter Meldrum in 1972.  They were both in the industry many years prior to this and Norma Meldrum was a director of Stonehart Publications, her knowledge in marketing and direct mail was first class. Both retired in 1990

We are proud of our commitment and loyalty to our clients and, the industry we have chosen. We are members of The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and in 2001 we were accredited in The Quality Standard for Mail Production, several staff undertook a comprehensive knowledge test on how mail should be presented and how to achieve the best service.  We work with Research Resources, an independent body that monitors delivery time schedules. We work very closely with Royal Mail distribution centres, without which our records of achievement would not have reached thus far. These people would not work along side us if we did not carry out every job to the highest of standards.

Our dedicated workforce ensures your mailing is monitored at every stage. They become familiar with the mailings and pride themselves on the fact that they know exactly what is required of them, and what our clients require. Team effort and loyalty, not only with our clients but with suppliers alike have ensured the continued growth of Meldrum Mailing over the last 35 years.

Meet the team

Mike Wooldridge joined the company in 1983 and on the retirement of Norma and Peter in 1990 subsequently bought

the company.

Charmaine Hedley-Beadle joined us in May 1991 and quickly made her way up to Company Director.

Terry Steeds joined us in October 1991. Terry is responsible for all posting documentation, Royal Mail liaisons and production management.

Charlotte Lyon joined us in July 1997. Charlotte is responsible for production management and customer services.

Janice Paige joined us in 1989. Janice is responsible for accounting and credit control.
